Personal information in addition to allowing us to give Clients the best possible service also allows us to establish a Client's identity, protect us from errors or fraud, comply with the law, and assess eligibility.

Disclosure of Client's personal information may be made to third parties or regulatory authorities, when necessary, and to our affiliates in connection with the services we provide related to a Client.

Prosperity will protect Client's private information and to that end restrict access to personal information about Clients to those employees and other persons who only are required to know the information to enable Prosperity or its associates to provide service(s) to you. All employees of Prosperity are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of all personal information they may access.

Client's personal information is maintained as directed by Prosperity in a secure facility. Personal information on Clients may be accessed by that Client whose information it is to verify its accuracy. Client's have the right to withdraw their consent to any of the above conditions, collections, uses and/or disclosures being made of their personal information. However, for security and other reasons please note that if a Client does not comply with the above and should consent to be withdrawn to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as outlined above Prosperity reserves the right to terminate any and all communication or service(s) with such Client.
